Some columns aren't being recognised — why?

Column detection relies on the first row being a clean header row with no merged cells or blank column names. Check that your headers are on row 1, are unique, and contain no special characters. For Excel files, remove any merged cells before uploading.

The chart doesn't look right — how do I fix it?

Make sure numeric columns contain only numbers (no currency symbols or commas mixed with text). Date columns should use a consistent format (e.g. YYYY-MM-DD). If the auto-detected chart type isn't ideal, use the chart type selector to switch manually.
